hi.

My name is Cheyenne Kimora, i’m a self-taught artist of Caribbean descent exploring craft, culture, and expression. My journey moves through New York, Florida, and now Los Angeles—each place shaping the stories I tell through my work.

Cheyenne Kimora   pisces+ creative director + fashion designer + braid artist.

From a young age, I’ve been captivated by the beauty of textiles, the charm of accessories, and the artistry of braiding.

I love details.

When you put enough details together, they form the most beautiful story—and that’s what my couture pieces are all about

Each denim couture piece is meticulously hand-beaded and hand-applied, creating intricate crystal stone artwork. Production time varies from 100 hours to my latest work of art, which took three years to complete, becoming an archival treasure for the brand.

With so much stunning deadstock denim available, I make it a point to work with what I can source. Plus, denim holds a special place in my heart—it’s one of my favorite textiles to work with.

My durags, on the other hand, are handmade for everyday wear, bringing style and purpose to those who embrace them. Passionate about light, texture, and craftsmanship.

I believe fashion is a medium to connect and create community. Through my work, I aim to inspire individuality and showcase the transformative power of handmade art.
